Builder-grade devices failing across the house
I Like To Fix
Production builds get the minimum-spec receptacles and switches, and they all wear at the same rate. Replacing them room by room as they fail is normal and inexpensive.
This is most common in homes built since 2000. PEX on slab, 200 amp service, builder-grade equipment that reaches end of life across a whole street at once.
You can handle this one yourself. No call needed.
