Aluminum still present at the range or dryer
I Like To Fix
Large-appliance feeders in aluminum are normal, code-compliant and not the hazard that branch wiring is. Confusing the two leads people to pay for work they do not need. If it is only the range and dryer feeders, that is expected.
This is most common in homes built roughly 1980 to 2000. The polybutylene and aluminum-wiring window, 150 amp panels, R-22 systems and first-cycle architectural shingle.
You can handle this one yourself. No call needed.
